Your order is not accepted until Flow Supply Store confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Contact support@flowsupplystore.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
An order may be cancelled for a full refund when the cancellation request is received before the order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched.
Cancellation is not possible after packing, fulfillment-provider processing, fulfillment, or dispatch has begun. Such an order may need to be delivered and handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
If we do not accept an order, change an order, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or telephone number provided with the order.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Flow Supply Store.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Flow Supply Store and is not responsible for the sales contract between you and Flow Supply Store.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from your purchase transaction with Flow Supply Store.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLOW SUPPLY STORE, KARAJEH TRADING FZC LLC, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANOTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF LOSS WAS ADVISED.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow Supply Store, Karajeh Trading FZC LLC, Shopify, and their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from:

2. Your violation of applicable law.
3. Your infringement of a third party’s rights.
4. Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.
We will notify you of an indemnifiable claim within a reasonable time.
